Composition
There will be a minimum of six (6) and maximum of nine (9) directors on the board who will be elected in accordance with these bylaws and Policy and Procedures. These directors will include the Officers of the Association. Directors should represent the diverse characteristics of the membership, including geographic representation.
Council Members

Board members are expected to be a current member in good standing and to attend meetings of the board as required within the policies and procedures.
